Job Summary
• We are seeking an experienced Software Developer III / Hyland OnBase Administrator-Engineer to support enterprise content management initiatives.
• The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in OnBase architecture, administration, upgrades, integrations, workflow development, diagnostics, and infrastructure support within complex enterprise environments.
• This role involves designing, configuring, maintaining, and troubleshooting multi-tier OnBase environments while supporting business-critical applications and integrations.
Key Responsibilities
• Configure, administer, and maintain enterprise-level Hyland OnBase environments.
• Manage and support:
• Web Servers
• Application Servers
• Full Text & Data Capture Servers
• PAV/NextGen Servers
• Perform:
• Disk group/platter administration
• Disk encryption management
• SSO and authentication setup
• SSL certificate configuration
• Implement and support:
• Multi-thread Scheduler Services
• DIP/DRIP integrations
• Timer Services
• Advanced Diagnostics configurations
• Participate in OnBase upgrades and migrations across multiple platform versions.
• Perform proactive monitoring, system health checks, and performance tuning.
• Troubleshoot application, server, and infrastructure issues using diagnostics and OnDemand tools.
• Support SQL Server databases in clustered environments.
• Assist with Disaster Recovery (DR) planning and execution for OnBase environments.
• Develop and maintain technical documentation, flowcharts, and operational procedures.
• Collaborate with infrastructure, development, and business teams for implementation and support activities.
• Provide technical guidance and support for enterprise information systems and integrations.
Required Skills & Experience
• 8+ years of hands-on experience with:
• Enterprise n-tier architecture environments
• Multiple web/app/file/database server setups
• Load balancers and DMZ configurations
• 8+ years of in-depth experience administering the Hyland OnBase platform
• Experience working with at least 4 different versions of OnBase
• Strong experience with:
• Windows Server (2019 preferred)
• IIS Administration
• SSL Certificate setup/configuration
• SQL Server clustered databases
• 7+ years of OnBase upgrades
• Diagnostics and OnDemand troubleshooting
• 5+ years of Disaster Recovery processes for OnBase
• SQL queries and stored procedures
• Active certifications preferred:
• OnBase Certified System Administrator
• OnBase Workflow Administrator
• OnBase Engineer Certifications
Preferred Skills:
• Hyland OnBase Administration & Support
• Unity API scripting using C#
• Workflow / WorkView / Unity Forms development
• REST API integrations
• Splunk and AppDynamics integrations
• Experience supporting enterprise application monitoring and performance management
