Qualifications
Minimum of 5-6 years in Project Management at a technology company, with 2-3 years of construction-related experience
Oversee structured cabling design and oversee vendor installation from implementation to the first day of business.
Experience with deployment of IT technical infrastructure such as AV systems and Networking equipment
Proven expertise as a contributor to cross-functional teams that launch on-time and on-budget solutions.
Ability to develop and execute a successful product roadmap, anticipate challenges and proactively head off obstacles.
Ability to communicate effectively with technical and non-technical audiences.
Prior experience with Product Management tools such as Aha!, Jira, Google Sheets, and Smartsheet
Excellent time management and organizational skills and expertise in establishing guidelines in these areas for others.
Strong sense of personal accountability regarding decision-making and supervising department teams
Professional Project Management Certification from an accredited intuition
Demonstrated understanding of Project Management processes, strategies, and methods
Education: Bachelor's degree required or equivalent experience
Responsibilities
Plan and manage a project through delivery, directing the project team, and influencing stakeholders.
Analyze, plan, and develop requirements and standards in reference to scheduled projects.
Assign and oversee the daily tasks of technical personnel while ensuring all subordinates are actively working toward established milestones.
Hold regular technical project meetings to determine progress and address any questions or challenges regarding projects.
Determine and define clear deliverables, roles, and responsibilities for staff members required for specific projects or initiatives.
Update and maintain all production technologies ensuring proper maintenance and installation.
Help coordinate vendors with internal teams and other external vendors
