Summary

We are seeking a skilled Epic PB Analyst to support the design, build, and optimization of Epic Professional Billing workflows. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with Epic PB, strong analytical skills, and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities:

Configure, build, and maintain Epic Professional Billing (PB) modules
Analyze billing workflows and implement system improvements
Collaborate with revenue cycle, clinical, and IT teams
Perform testing, troubleshooting, and issue resolution
Support system upgrades, enhancements, and end-user training

Requirements:

Epic Professional Billing (PB) certification (required)
2+ years of Epic PB experience
Strong knowledge of revenue cycle and billing processes
Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
