Looking for folks that have knowledge and experience with:

Autopilot

Entra and Intune

MSIX packaging (Primarily Intune packaging, but AppAttach as well)

AD/Applocker knowledge

• Can help to produce documentation/guides and do some handover following laptop support to help us in BAU.
• Primary focus and day to day will be supporting the W11 laptop rollout that starts shortly and working through device-side/AD/GPO etc troubleshooting, as well as ad-hoc patching when necessary for Sev5 items. May be involved in updating laptop images with monthly patches, app version updates, etc.
• They will also be helping with our Dev VDI W11 rollout and troubleshooting, which will be similar in scope, but is virtualized. They won't need significant Citrix knowledge for this, current team will support the Citrix end, but if they've done support of environments within it, would be a plus.
• Level/experience would be top-end Deskside technician, teetering into Config/Engineering around image updates.
