Summary

We are seeking a Strategic Lead, Forecasting and Metrics Analytics to drive enterprise-level forecasting, performance measurement, and strategic insight generation to support our Financial Advisor Services (FAS) business. This role partners closely with senior leaders to translate complex financial and digital data into forward-looking intelligence that informs business strategy, goal setting, and execution.

The successful candidate will apply advanced analytical and scientific techniques to anticipate trends, identify key performance drivers, and deliver clear, decision-ready recommendations. This position plays a critical role in shaping how leaders evaluate outcomes, manage risk, and allocate resources.

Financial Advisor Services (FAS) delivers investment products and services-including ETFs and mutual funds-to financial advisors across broker-dealers, asset managers, banks, registered investment advisors, and insurance companies. FAS enables advisors to better serve their clients by providing data-driven insights that strengthen relationships and accelerate business results.

What You'll Do
  • Serve as a strategic analytics partner to senior leaders, shaping forecasting, metrics, and performance measurement approaches aligned to enterprise priorities.
  • Lead complex, high-impact analytical initiatives from problem definition through executive delivery.
  • Develop forecasting models, performance metrics, and scenario analyses that support strategic planning and goal setting.
  • Translate sophisticated analytical outputs into concise executive narratives, visualizations, and recommendations.
  • Ensure analytical rigor by validating methodologies, assumptions, and results across teams.
  • Establish and oversee recurring reporting and insight-generation processes that support ongoing leadership decision-making.
  • Set standards for data quality and analytical excellence; lead efforts to improve data reliability and usability.
  • Mentor and guide analysts, strengthening analytics capabilities and best practices across the organization.
  • Monitor emerging analytics trends, tools, and external best practices to continuously elevate insight generation.

Required Experience
  • Master's degree or PhD in a quantitative STEM field preferred, or equivalent substantial industry experience
  • 5+ years of relevant modeling/forecasting or analytics experience, or a combination of advanced academic work and industry experience.
  • Deep expertise in advanced analytics, statistical modeling, and forecasting methodologies.
  • Demonstrated ability to influence senior stakeholders through data-driven insights and executive communication.
  • Strong experience working with financial and digital data to inform strategic decisions.
  • Proficiency in data visualization and storytelling to translate complexity into clarity.
  • Experience with forecasting tools and techniques, including Prophet or comparable solutions.
  • Strategic mindset with the ability to prioritize work based on business impact.
