Role Overview:
Experienced Application Lead with 10 12 years of expertise in managing enterprise data and application teams, responsible for leading onshore and offshore teams, driving operational excellence, and ensuring high-quality delivery for an e-commerce client.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead and manage onshore/offshore teams, providing technical guidance, mentorship, and support.
Act as the primary client interface, building strong stakeholder relationships and ensuring customer satisfaction.
Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve complex technical and production issues.
Drive continuous improvement of processes, workflows, and operational efficiency.
Ensure smooth execution of data integration and ETL processes using Informatica and SSIS.
Oversee job scheduling and automation using Control-M.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver scalable and reliable solutions.
Promote a customer-centric mindset and strong communication across teams.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

10 12 years of IT experience in application/data engineering roles
Strong expertise in Informatica, SSIS, Control-M, and SQL Server
Proven experience in team leadership and stakeholder management
Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
