Summary

Senior Windows Engineer SME

Introduction: As a Senior Windows Engineer SME, you will be responsible for designing, deploying, and managing enterprise Windows Server environments, including Active Directory, Group Policy, and DNS. You will also be involved in troubleshooting, root cause analysis, incident response, and cloud administration.

Responsibilities

  • Design, deploy, and manage enterprise Windows Server environments
  • Architect and maintain Active Directory, Group Policy, and DNS
  • Manage server lifecycle including upgrades, migrations, and decommissioning
  • Lead major incident response calls and post-incident reviews
  • Administer Hyper-V and VMware environments
  • Manage Windows workloads in Azure/AWS
  • Conduct root cause analysis and implement preventive measures
  • Mentor junior administrators and participate in infrastructure design discussions
