Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced IT Support Engineer with 3 to 5 years of hands-on experience in supporting desktops, laptops, iPhones, Microsoft Intune, and printers. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing end-user support, managing endpoint devices, and ensuring stable and secure IT operations across the organization.
Key Responsibilities
Provide Level 2 IT support for desktops and laptops (Windows and basic macOS).
Support iPhone (iOS) devices, including provisioning, configuration, troubleshooting, and device lifecycle management.
Manage endpoint devices using Microsoft Intune:
Device enrollment and de-enrollment
Configuration profiles and compliance policies
Application deployment and updates
Security policies and device monitoring
Install, configure, and troubleshoot local and network printers.
Perform hardware diagnostics and replacement for laptops, desktops, and peripherals.
Handle OS installations, upgrades, patches, and performance tuning.
Troubleshoot network-related issues (LAN, Wi-Fi, VPN connectivity).
Respond to incidents and service requests through the ticketing system within defined SLAs.
Maintain accurate IT documentation, asset inventory, and support procedures.
Coordinate with vendors and third-party service providers for hardware and software issues.
Provide guidance and basic training to end users on IT tools and best practices.
Escalate complex issues to higher-level support when required.
Required Skills & Qualifications
3-5 years of experience in IT/Desktop/End User Support.
Strong hands-on experience with:
Windows OS (Windows 10/11)
iPhone (iOS) support
Microsoft Intune (Endpoint Manager)
Printer installation and troubleshooting
Working knowledge of:
Active Directory and Azure AD
Microsoft 365 applications
Basic networking (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, Wi-Fi)
Experience working with IT ticketing systems.
Strong troubleshooting, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
Good communication and customer service skills.
