Summary
Job Title: Senior Network Engineer
Location: Tamarac, FL (Onsite)
Travel: Occasional
On-Call: Required, including after-hours maintenance
Key Responsibilities:
Design, configure, and troubleshoot LAN/WAN, routing, switching, VLANs, wireless, SD-WAN, DHCP, DNS, NAT, and VPNs.
Manage enterprise firewalls, network security, segmentation, and remote access.
Support Azure and AWS networking, hybrid connectivity, Cloudflare, and Azure Front Door.
Monitor network performance, resolve incidents, perform root-cause analysis, and manage network changes.
Automate network administration using Python, PowerShell, or APIs.
Maintain network documentation and coordinate with ISPs, vendors, cybersecurity, and infrastructure teams.
Participate in on-call rotations and infrastructure upgrade projects.
Required Skills:
5+ years of enterprise network engineering experience.
Strong hands-on experience with routing, switching, firewalls, VPNs, wireless, and SD-WAN.
Experience with Azure/AWS networking and hybrid infrastructure.
Strong troubleshooting, network security, and incident management skills.
Knowledge of network automation and monitoring tools.
Preferred: CCNA/CCNP, Azure networking certification, manufacturing/IoT networking experience, Cloudflare, and Azure Front Door.
