Location: Lititz, PA
Pay Rate: $27.00 - $36.30/hour
Shift Options:
- 1st Shift: Monday-Thursday, 5:00 a.m. - 3:30 p.m.
- 2nd Shift: Monday-Thursday, 3:30 p.m. - 2:00 a.m.
- Weekend Shift: Friday-Sunday, 5:00 a.m. - 5:30 p.m.

Qualifications
- High school diploma, GED, or trade school certification
- 1-3 years of CNC programming experience, or 5+ years of machining experience
- Experience with CAD/CAM software preferred
- Knowledge of G-code and M-code programming
- CNC milling programming experience preferred
- Strong mechanical aptitude, math skills, and blueprint reading abilities
Job Duties
- Create and optimize CNC programs using CAD/CAM software
- Program equipment from 3D models, drawings, and engineering specifications
- Select tooling, determine machining strategies, and support process improvements
- Troubleshoot machining and production issues
- Inspect finished products to ensure quality standards are met
- Maintain manufacturing documentation and production records
- Collaborate with operators and production teams to improve efficiency
- Support continuous improvement, safety, and manufacturing goals
