Senior SFDC Developer HYBRID Contract to Hire

VEGA IS HIRING! SalesForce Developer for our direct client located in Washington DC. Candidates must be located in the DMV area. Candidate will be required to the client site when required.

The SFDC developer will be responsible for design and development of salesforce applications for our clients health care domain. Must be well versed in requirement gathering, coding, testing, debugging applications. The candidate will be accountable for development work from planning to implementation, provides technical oversight and supports to IT project teams in order to deliver high quality of products for business needs.

Job requirement:

• - Bachelor s degree in Computer Science or related field preferred.
  - Salesforce, Lightening comp dev, REST API, Security, Agentforce, Cloud.
• Experience with Salesforce application development.
• - Experience with web programming including HTML, CSS and JavaScript
  - Experience of custom solutions on Salesforce platform working with Lightning Web Components, Apex Triggers, Apex Classes, Flow, Visualforce, SOQL
  - Strong Experience in REST APIs for external/internal systems integrations.
  - Experience with object-oriented programming design patterns and Salesforce data modeling best practices
  - Experience developing reporting and dashboards in Salesforce.
  - Experience with JIRA or Agile platform for collaborating with multiple teams and source control system like Git/SVN.
  - Experience in multi-cloud architectures and AWS cloud development is a plus
  - Experience on a call center setup within Salesforce is plus.
  - Experience working with CI/CD pipelines like Copado and knowledgeable are plus.
  - Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  - Excellent presentation skills with the ability to collaborate with team members and business stakeholders.
  - Understanding & knowledge of AI is a plus.
  - Agentforce 360 experience & knowledge is a plus.
  - Development using AI tool like Agentforce DX, Agentforce vibes are a plus.
  - Data 360 experience or knowledge is a plus.
  - Integration with other SAAS systems are a plus.
