Summary

Key Responsibilities

Lead and execute end-to-end SAP data migration activities including data profiling, cleansing, extraction, transformation, loading (ETL), validation, and reconciliation.
Work on SAP ECC to SAP S/4HANA system conversion or greenfield implementations.
Design and execute data migration strategy, approach, and cutover plans.
Perform object-level data migration (e.g., Business Partners, Customer/Vendor, Material Master, BOM, Open AR/AP, GL balances, Assets, etc.).
Collaborate with functional and technical teams to define data mapping and transformation rules.
Use Syniti ADM (Advanced Data Migration) tool for data extraction, transformation, validation, and reporting.
Ensure data quality, completeness, and accuracy through multiple mock cycles.
Support mock loads, dress rehearsals, and go-live data migration.
Prepare migration documentation, status reports, and issue logs.
Identify and resolve data-related issues and risks.
