Role Overview

We are seeking a Senior/Lead MuleSoft Integration Engineer with strong hands-on expertise in designing, developing, testing, and maintaining enterprise-grade integration and API solutions. This role supports large-scale business operations and digital transformation initiatives through robust API-led connectivity and MuleSoft-based integration architecture.

The ideal candidate will work across the full Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and independently design and deliver scalable, secure, and high-performance integration solutions while collaborating closely with business stakeholders, Salesforce teams, and enterprise architects.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand integration use cases, business processes, and technical requirements
• Design, develop, test, and deploy enterprise integrations using MuleSoft Anypoint Platform
• Implement API-led integration architectures using RESTful APIs (RAML) and SOAP web services
• Build and maintain complex MuleSoft integration flows using Anypoint Studio
• Integrate MuleSoft solutions with Salesforce Sales Cloud, Salesforce Data Cloud, enterprise APIs, and relational databases
• Work closely with Salesforce admins, developers, Product Owners, DevOps, QA, and Enterprise Architects
• Translate business requirements into scalable technical integration designs and solution models
• Recommend integration patterns, deployment strategies, and best practices aligned with enterprise standards
• Implement modern engineering practices including CI/CD pipelines and automated testing
• Ensure integrations meet quality, performance, security, and compliance standards
• Troubleshoot and optimize production integration issues
• Develop reusable assets and contribute to integration standards
• Operate independently within cross-functional delivery teams

Required Skills & Experience

• 10+ years of overall IT experience
• Strong hands-on experience with MuleSoft ESB and Anypoint Platform
• Proven experience designing and developing enterprise integrations
• Deep expertise in API-led connectivity, RESTful APIs (RAML), and SOAP services
• Hands-on experience with Anypoint Studio
• Strong knowledge of MuleSoft Expression Language (MEL)
• Experience integrating MuleSoft with Salesforce Sales Cloud and Salesforce Data Cloud
• Experience working with enterprise APIs, relational databases, and cloud platforms (Google Cloud Platform preferred)
• Strong understanding of SOA principles and secure API design
• Experience working in Agile / SAFe environments
• Excellent communication and stakeholder collaboration skills
