IAM Developer

Job Title: IAM / ForgeRock Developer

Experience: 3–5 Years

Role Overview

We are seeking a skilled ForgeRock Developer to design, configure, and customize Identity and Access Management (IAM) solutions using the ForgeRock Identity Platform. The role involves implementing secure authentication and authorization solutions, developing custom modules, and integrating IAM systems with enterprise applications.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, install, and configure ForgeRock components such as OpenAM, OpenIDM, OpenDJ, and OpenIG.

• Develop custom authentication modules, scripts, and plugins using Java and Groovy.

• Implement and manage IAM protocols including OAuth, OIDC, and SAML 2.0.

• Integrate ForgeRock solutions with APIs, web services, and enterprise applications.

• Monitor system performance and troubleshoot production issues.

• Manage LDAP directory services and enforce security policies.

• Create and maintain technical documentation, architecture diagrams, and configuration guides.

Required Skills

• 3–5 years of experience working with ForgeRock IAM solutions.

• Strong programming skills in Java, JavaScript, Groovy, or Python.

• Good understanding of IAM concepts and authentication protocols (OAuth, OIDC, SAML, LDAP).

• Experience with OpenDJ, OpenAM, and OpenIG.

• Experience working in Agile, DevOps, or CI/CD environments.

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with Docker and Kubernetes for containerized deployments.

• Strong knowledge of OAuth 2.0 and OpenID Connect (OIDC).

• Excellent communication and collaboration skills for working with cross-functional teams.
