SAP S/4HANA Contract, Lease & Real Estate Management Consultant

Job Description: 

We are seeking an experienced SAP S/4HANA Contract, Lease, and Real Estate Management Consultant 

Key Requirements:

• Strong hands-on experience with SAP S/4HANA

• Proven experience delivering large-scale SAP S/4HANA implementations, specifically in Contract, Lease, and Real Estate Management.

Functional Expertise:

• Strong proficiency in SAP S/4HANA modules related to:

  • Contract Management: Streamlining contract creation, execution, monitoring, and analysis to ensure compliance and operational efficiency.

  • Lease Management: Managing the full lease lifecycle, including lease administration, financial management, accounting, and reporting.

  • Real Estate Management: Supporting property and space management, maintenance processes, and tenant management.

Responsibilities:

• Lead and facilitate Fit-to-Standard workshops, including demonstrations and requirements gathering sessions with business stakeholders.

• Document and validate business processes, functional requirements, and solution designs.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with SAP best practices and public sector standards.
