Senior Salesforce Service Cloud Engineer (Contact Center & Omni-Channel)
 
Job Description:
 
6+ years of Salesforce development experience in enterprise or large‑scale environments.
Proven ability to work independently as a self‑driven contributor.
Apex (classes, triggers, batch/scheduled processing)
Lightning Web Components (LWC)
Salesforce APIs, REST/SOAP, integration patterns, Platform Events
Visualforce, SOQL/SOSL, bulk data operations
Hands‑on experience with data migration, ETL processes, CRM transitions, and data modeling.
Experience with Git, CI/CD pipelines, and DevOps practices.
Solid understanding of Salesforce security model, sharing rules, and data architecture.
Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
Salesforce certifications (Platform Developer I/II) highly preferred.
Preferred: Experience with ETL/migration tools (Data Loader, MuleSoft, Boomi), and Salesforce Experience Cloud, Service Cloud, or Sales Cloud.
Strong analytical, problem‑solving, communication, and documentation skills.
