Description
We are seeking a highly analytical and organized professional to lead data coordination, extraction, analysis, and communication related to merger contract portfolios.
This contract role requires collaboration across business, legal, procurement, finance, and technology teams to ensure data accuracy and actionable insights.
Proficiency in data visualization and strong communication skills are essential.
Key Responsibilities
Coordinate merger-related contract data collection across multiple business units and stakeholders.
Oversee data extraction from contracts, spreadsheets, databases, and internal systems.
Ensure data consistency, completeness, and accuracy through validation and quality control processes.
Analyze contract terms, spend data, and risk indicators to identify synergy opportunities and efficiencies.
Create executive-ready presentations summarizing findings and recommendations.
Qualifications
Bachelor''s degree in Business, Finance, Data Analytics, Information Systems, or related field.
5 years of experience in data analytics, business strategy, consulting, or procurement analytics.
Proficiency in spreadsheet and presentation software, and data visualization tools.
Experience with large, complex data sets and transforming unstructured information into usable outputs.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills with strong attention to detail.
