Summary

Key Responsibilities:

Configure and support SAP PP (Production Planning) for discrete manufacturing environments
Work extensively with master data including:
- Bill of Materials (BOM)
- Work Centers
- Routings
- Production Versions
Implement and support Make-to-Order (MTO) and Engineer-to-Order (ETO) business processes
Collaborate with business teams to gather requirements and translate them into SAP solutions
Integrate SAP PP with PLM systems for seamless product lifecycle and engineering data flow
Support production planning, scheduling, and execution processes
Work closely with cross-functional modules like MM, SD, and QM
Provide support for production issues, enhancements, and continuous improvements

Required Skills:

Strong experience in SAP PP – Discrete Manufacturing
Hands-on experience in MTO and ETO scenarios
Deep understanding of SAP PP master data structures
Experience in production planning, scheduling, and shop floor execution
Integration knowledge with SAP MM, SD
Good understanding of business processes in manufacturing industries

Preferred Skills:

Experience with PLM integration (e.g., CAD/engineering systems with SAP)
Knowledge of Variant Configuration (VC) or Advanced Planning (PP/DS)
Experience in S/4HANA environment
Strong problem-solving and communication skills

Nice to Have:

Experience in industries like Automotive, Industrial Machinery, or Manufacturing
Exposure to custom developments, enhancements, or interfaces
