Job Title: QA Test Manager

Job Description:

5Creating and executing system test plans

5Performance Testing

5Performance monitoring tools (eg; JProfiler, JMeter)

Test tools (JUnit, Selenium, Microfocus UFT, etc.)

Unit testing tools and frameworks (JUnit, Selenium, etc)

Experience and understanding of the full software life-cycle with specific emphasis on the testing discipline

Excellent leadership, communication, organization, planning, and problem-solving skills)

Manage, perform, monitor, and report on test activities

5Oversee user acceptance, performance, accessibility, interface, and data conversion testing

5Review, update and create test strategy, suites, and scripts

5Document and report test results and problem incident reports (PIRs)/defect status

5Coordinate scheduling of testing staff, test activities, and meetings

5Provide training and mentoring of testing team members

Preferred Qualifications:

5DB2 and MS SQL Server Queries

5Application Lifecycle Management (ALM) Octane

5Jenkins, CVS, Maven, and Ant

4Testing management experience in UI with commercial software including Sagitec s Neosurance

1State of Texas experience
