We are seeking an experienced SAP Program Lead to provide executive-level leadership and strategic oversight for our SAP transformation initiatives. This role will operate at a Steering Committee (SteerCo) level, partnering closely with Executive Leadership Teams (ELT) to guide SAP investments, ensure value realization, and drive long-term enterprise transformation.

This is not a traditional Project/Program Manager role. The focus is on strategic governance, business value realization, and executive stakeholder alignment, particularly within a modern SAP landscape implementing S/4HANA Clean Core principles and SAP Public Cloud solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide executive leadership and governance for enterprise SAP transformation programs.
• Act as a trusted advisor to the ELT and Steering Committee, guiding strategic decisions related to SAP investments.
• Evaluate and articulate Total Cost of Ownership (TCO), Return on Investment (ROI), and value realization from SAP programs.
• Ensure alignment of SAP initiatives with enterprise business strategy and digital transformation goals.
• Drive Clean Core strategy adoption within the S/4HANA environment to support long-term scalability and innovation.
• Provide oversight for the SAP Public Cloud landscape implementation, ensuring best practices and enterprise architecture alignment.
• Influence senior stakeholders and secure continued executive sponsorship and funding for SAP initiatives.
• Establish governance frameworks, KPIs, and value tracking for SAP programs.
• Identify risks, transformation challenges, and opportunities for optimization across the SAP ecosystem.
• Collaborate with business leaders, IT executives, enterprise architects, and program teams to ensure successful outcomes.

Required Qualifications

• 15+ years of experience in SAP program leadership, enterprise transformation, or SAP strategy roles.
• Deep expertise in SAP S/4HANA transformations, including Clean Core architecture principles.
• Strong understanding of SAP Public Cloud and modern SAP landscape strategies.
• Proven experience working with Executive Leadership Teams (ELT) and Steering Committees (SteerCo).
• Demonstrated ability to evaluate TCO, ROI, and business value of large-scale technology investments.
• Exceptional executive communication, stakeholder management, and influence skills.
• Strong understanding of enterprise architecture, SAP transformation roadmaps, and digital operating models.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience leading large global SAP transformation programs.
• Background in business case development and value realization frameworks.
• Familiarity with RISE with SAP, cloud-first SAP strategies, and modern ERP landscapes.
• Experience in multi-vendor SAP ecosystems and large-scale enterprise environments.
