Key Responsibilities :

- Schedule: Monday Friday with a 3:00 AM Central Time start time
- Trading operations support
- Cash settlement processing
- Trade execution support
- Trade confirmations
- Position reconciliation
- Cash reconciliation
- Journal entries
- Operational processing related to mutual funds and CIT products
- Pre-market processing activities required to meet contractual deadlines
- This is a highly operational role focused on accuracy, timelines, and process execution.
Key Requirements and Technology Experience:
- Key Skills; Financial services operations
- Retirement services
- Annuities
- Mutual funds
- Collective Investment Trusts (CITs)
- Investment operations
- Trade processing and settlement
- Reconciliations
- Accounting operations
- Back-office financial services environments
- The strongest candidates will understand the complete investment transaction lifecycle.
- Financial services industry experience
- Experience with retirement products, annuities, mutual funds, or CITs
- Reconciliation experience
- Accounting knowledge
- Ability to work a 3:00 AM Central Time schedule
- Strong attention to detail and process orientation
- Trade settlement experience
- Investment operations experience
- Securities operations background
- Experience working with internal stakeholders across multiple teams
- Stakeholder Interaction
- Primarily internal stakeholder interaction during the first six months
- Limited external partner interaction initially
- Broader stakeholder exposure likely if converted to a permanent employee
