Job Title: Mobile Application Developer (iOS / Android – Kotlin)
Location: Charlotte, NC (Hybrid – 3 Days Onsite)
Type: W2 Contract
Job Overview
We are seeking a skilled Mobile Application Developer with experience in iOS and Android development, including strong Kotlin expertise, to design, develop, and maintain high-performance mobile applications. The ideal candidate will collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver scalable, secure, and user-friendly mobile solutions.
Key Responsibilities
Design, develop, test, and maintain mobile applications for iOS and Android platforms.
Build robust Android applications using Kotlin and modern Android development frameworks.
Develop and maintain iOS applications using Swift or Objective-C.
Collaborate with product managers, designers, and backend developers to implement new features.
Integrate mobile applications with RESTful APIs and backend services.
Ensure application performance, quality, and responsiveness.
Identify and fix bugs, performance issues, and bottlenecks.
Participate in code reviews, CI/CD processes, and agile development practices.
Maintain high standards for security, performance, and scalability in mobile applications.
Required Qualifications
5+ years of experience in mobile application development.
Strong experience with Android development using Kotlin.
Experience developing iOS applications using Swift or Objective-C.
Experience with REST APIs, JSON, and mobile backend integrations.
Familiarity with Git or other version control systems.
Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
Strong problem-solving and debugging skills.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience with Jetpack Compose, Android SDK, and modern Android architecture components.
Experience with SwiftUI or modern iOS frameworks.
Knowledge of CI/CD tools for mobile development.
Experience with mobile application security best practices.
Experience with cloud services (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform) is a plus.
