Senior Program Analyst (OPSEC)

Essential Functions:

• LOCATION: Pentagon - Arlington, VA
• Be the Operational Security (OPSEC) Subject Matter Expert to the DAMO-SO offices.
• Research and analyze OPSEC concept plans and develop written recommendations on Cyber related areas.
• Support the Army Cyberspace Council (ACyC) developing strategy and policy for Army OPSEC requirements, capabilities and acquisition in coordination with other OPSEC stakeholders.
• Review and analyze current OPSEC material solutions and provide written recommendations, in memorandum format, on its impact on policy and doctrine, organization, material, leadership, personnel, and facilities.
• Conduct organizational studies and evaluations.
• Design systems and procedures.
• Conduct work simplification and measurement studies.
• Prepare operations and procedures manuals to assist management in operating more efficiently and effectively.

Required Skills/Abilities:

• Maintain the highest professional appearance and demeanor at all times.
• Ability to interact with Senior Members of the Army Staff, to include the Executive Office of the Headquarters.
• Mission oriented and requires minimal supervision in the fast paced, critical environment of the Army Headquarters.
• Must have the ability to work within Government provided software packages with emphasis on MS products, for example, Word, PowerPoint, and Excel.
• Detail-oriented with technical, verbal, and written communication skills.

Required Clearance:

• ACTIVE CLEARANCE LEVEL REQUIRED: Top Secret with ability to maintain SCI access

Education and Experience:

• Must have Master s Degree.
• Ten (10) years experience.
