We are seeking an experienced Marketing Subject Matter Expert (SME) with deep expertise in marketing strategy, campaign execution, analytics, and marketing technologies to support the development of next-generation AI solutions. The ideal candidate will work closely with data scientists, ML engineers, and product teams to train, evaluate, and improve AI models designed for marketing use cases.
This role bridges the gap between real-world marketing operations and AI systems by translating marketing workflows, terminology, and decision-making processes into structured data that enhances model performance.
Key Responsibilities
< data-start="1012" data-end="1059">AI Training, Annotation & Domain Expertise>
- Provide marketing domain expertise during AI model training and fine-tuning activities.
- Label, curate, validate, and annotate datasets containing:
- Campaign briefs
- Ad copy
- Marketing KPIs
- Audience segments
- Customer journeys
- Content assets
- Develop realistic prompts and scenarios representing marketing use cases such as:
- Brand launches
- Multichannel campaigns
- Performance optimization
- Audience targeting
- A/B testing.

- Translate end-to-end marketing workflows into structured training data.
- Document decision logic, dependencies, and business rules.
- Map workflows including:
- Campaign planning
- Creative approvals
- Execution
- Measurement

- Collaborate with engineering teams to build taxonomies, ontologies, knowledge graphs, and structured datasets.

- Evaluate AI-generated outputs for:
- Marketing relevance

- Tone consistency
- Compliance.
- Develop evaluation rubrics and acceptance criteria.
- Provide actionable feedback to improve model accuracy and response quality.

- Partner with Product, Data Science, and Engineering teams to define AI-driven marketing use cases.
- Identify opportunities to automate and optimize marketing workflows through AI.

Required Qualifications
- Bachelor''s or Master''s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related discipline.
- 7–12 years of hands-on marketing experience.
