Summary

This is a contract to hire role and this is a contract-to-hire role, and we are looking for junior-level candidates with 1 3 years of experience. The position requires working onsite 3 days per week.

1 3 years of experience in application support, systems analysis, e-commerce, QA/testing, technical support, or a related area
Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field preferred
Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
Ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical users
Organized and comfortable managing multiple requests or issues at once
Ability to work independently while collaborating with developers and business teams

Helpful Technical Experience

Experience with some of the following is helpful, but you do not need to have everything:

E-commerce or customer-facing web applications
SQL and basic data queries
APIs and system integrations
HTML or JavaScript
Software testing and QA processes
Ticketing or issue-tracking systems
Reporting and dashboard tools
