Role Overview
We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Technical Project Manager to lead the endtoend implementation of NextGen Dataflow and Enterprise Archive within the Archiving Technology organization. This role is accountable for orchestrating complex technology delivery across engineering, infrastructure, compliance, and business stakeholder groups, ensuring a successful rollout of nextgeneration archiving capabilities.
You will serve as the delivery owner, driving scope, timelines, resourcing, integration activities, risk management, and execution governance for a missioncritical transformation program.
Skills and Experience Required
Technical & Delivery Expertise
- 10+ years of progressive experience in technical project management, infrastructure/platform delivery, or program leadership in complex enterprise environments.
- Proven track record delivering largescale data, integration, or archiving platforms (e.g., cloud data platforms, regulatory archives, distributed systems).
- Deep familiarity with infrastructure provisioning, cloud environments, CI/CD pipelines, and enterprise DevOps practices.
Leadership & Execution
- Expert in portfolio and program management, with a strong transformation mindset and ability to lead multiyear, multiteam initiatives.
- Demonstrated ability to manage complex delivery under tight timelines, ambiguity, and evolving priorities.
- Exceptional communication and stakeholdermanagement skills across global teams, both technical and nontechnical.
Governance, Risk & Regulatory Awareness
- Knowledge of data governance, regulatory archiving requirements, security controls, and compliance workflows in financial services.
- Ability to define detailed requirements, user stories, specifications, and acceptance criteria.
- Superior analytical and problemsolving skills, with strong attention to detail.
