Job Title: HEXAGON SUPPORT LEAD / SR. HEXAGON CONFIG. SPECIALIST

Location: BROADWAY, NY, NY(Hybrid)

We are currently seeking candidates who meet the following qualification

Required Qualifications

Relevant experience in Enterprise system configuration.
Strong technical expertise in Infor EAM v11.x configuration, integration using ION, and other Infor EAM tools/utilities.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
Experience working with the Railroad/Transit industry preferred

Deliverables
For each project, the deliverables will be determined by Subways EAM Program Management at the initiation of each project. Most deliverables will fall within the following high-level groupings:

Project management documentation.
Technical design, configuration, and specifications documentation.
System configuration and administration.
Training development and delivery

Responsibilities

Under the direction of the Technical Lead, develop configuration of the EAM system (core and mobile) based on requirements and design documents in alignment with program standards.
Develop FlexSQL and Extensibility Framework solutions, as needed.
Support testing activities and provide bug fixes in a timely fashion.
Develop integrations to key systems via ION integration or Web Services.
