Summary

Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced SAP IBP (Integrated Business Planning) Consultant to design, implement, and support supply chain planning solutions using SAP IBP. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in demand planning, supply planning, and inventory optimization, along with a solid understanding of end-to-end supply chain processes.

Key Responsibilities

Lead and support implementation of SAP IBP modules such as:
- Demand Planning (IBP-DP)
- Supply Planning (IBP-SOP)
- Inventory Optimization (IBP-IO)
- Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP)
Gather business requirements and translate them into functional and technical specifications
Configure SAP IBP solutions based on client needs
Collaborate with cross-functional teams including supply chain, IT, and business stakeholders
Design and develop planning models, key figures, and planning areas
Integrate SAP IBP with other systems like SAP S/4HANA, SAP APO, and legacy systems
Perform data validation, testing (unit, integration, UAT), and deployment activities
Provide post-implementation support and continuous improvement
Create documentation and conduct end-user training

Required Skills & Qualifications

Bachelor s degree in engineering, Supply Chain, IT, or related field
3 10+ years of experience in SAP Supply Chain solutions
Hands-on experience with SAP IBP modules
Strong understanding of supply chain planning processes
Experience with SAP HANA and Excel-based IBP add-in
Knowledge of integration tools like CPI-DS (Cloud Platform Integration for Data Services)
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Good communication and stakeholder management skills
