Desktop Support Technician With Windows & MAC Exp. (Only Locals in Philadelphia, PA)

We are looking for a skilled Desktop Support Technician to provide technical support for Windows and Mac environments. The ideal candidate will be responsible for troubleshooting hardware and software issues, supporting end users, and maintaining desktop systems to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide onsite and remote technical support for Windows and Mac systems.
• Install, configure, and maintain desktops, laptops, printers, and peripherals.
• Troubleshoot hardware, software, and network connectivity issues.
• Support Microsoft Office 365, Outlook, and other enterprise applications.
• Perform user account management (Active Directory, password resets, access permissions).
• Assist with system upgrades, patches, and software installations.
• Document issues and resolutions using ticketing systems (ServiceNow, Jira, etc.).
• Support mobile devices and collaboration tools when required.
• Ensure compliance with IT security policies and procedures.
