Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Solution Architect to design and lead the architecture for an Employee Digital Twin (EDT) platform. The ideal candidate will translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions, define enterprise architecture, and lead integration across HR platforms, AI services, analytics, and cloud-native applications.
The role requires expertise in microservices, API-first architecture, event-driven systems, HR technology integrations, GenAI enablement, cloud platforms, security, and enterprise architecture governance.
Key Responsibilities
Solution Architecture
Translate business requirements into scalable solution architecture.
Design end-to-end enterprise architecture aligned with business objectives.
Prepare High-Level Design (HLD) and Low-Level Design (LLD) documents.
Ensure alignment with enterprise architecture standards and technology roadmaps.
HR Platform & Data Architecture
Architect integrations across HRIS, Talent Management, Payroll, and external enterprise systems.
Design employee profile models, skills graphs, career pathing, and workforce analytics solutions.
Define scalable enterprise data models supporting AI-driven applications.
Design batch and real-time data processing architectures.
AI & GenAI Architecture
Architect AI-powered capabilities including:
Enable integration with Large Language Models (LLMs) and GenAI platforms.
Collaborate with AI and Data Science teams on model integration.
Integration Architecture
Define API-first integration strategies.
Design microservices-based architectures.
Implement event-driven communication patterns.
Manage integrations with SaaS platforms and third-party vendors.
Ensure secure and scalable enterprise integrations.
Security & Compliance
Define enterprise security architecture.
Implement:
Ensure compliance with GDPR and enterprise security policies.
Collaborate with Security and Compliance teams.
Scalability & Operations
Define scalability, availability, resilience, and performance standards.
Establish observability and monitoring strategies.
Support capacity planning and operational excellence.
Review architecture for reliability and maintainability.
Technical Leadership
Collaborate with Product Owners, Business SMEs, Engineering, and Architecture teams.
Guide development teams throughout implementation.
Conduct architecture reviews and design governance.
Support project estimation, roadmap planning, and risk mitigation.

Required Qualifications
Bachelor''s or Master''s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
12+ years of experience in Solution Architecture or Enterprise Architecture.
Proven experience designing enterprise-scale distributed systems.
Strong expertise in API-first architecture, microservices, and event-driven systems.
Experience integrating HRIS, Talent, Payroll, or enterprise SaaS platforms.
Strong understanding of AI/ML platforms and Generative AI integration.
Experience developing HLDs, LLDs, and architecture documentation.
Strong knowledge of cloud-native architectures and enterprise security.
Experience leading architecture governance and technical design reviews.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience with Employee Digital Twin (EDT), HRTech, or Digital Workforce platforms.
Experience with graph databases or knowledge graphs.
Familiarity with Kubernetes, Docker, and Infrastructure as Code.
TOGAF, AWS Solutions Architect, Azure Architect, or Google Cloud Platform Architect certifications.
Experience with enterprise observability platforms.
