Summary

JOB DESCRIPTION:

Shell is seeking an experienced IT Change Management Practitioner to support the SEAm Aspire Program within the Trading & Supply (T&S) and Endur landscape. This role partners with IT and business stakeholders to drive structured change management across large system transformations, ensuring organizational readiness, user adoption, and business value realization.

The ideal candidate has strong hands-on change management experience in Trading & Supply environments, with recent Endur project exposure.

Key Responsibilities

Lead change management activities across large IT transformation programs.
Develop and execute change strategies including stakeholder engagement, communications, and training plans.
Perform change impact assessments and define mitigation strategies.
Deliver business-ready change artifacts and adoption plans.
Partner with IT Program Managers to embed change into delivery plans.
Support both Agile and Waterfall programs.
Track adoption metrics and drive business outcomes.
Build sustainable change capability across teams.
