Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly experienced Informatica MDM with strong testing expertise to design, implement, and validate enterprise-level Master Data Management solutions. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in Informatica MDM architecture, data modeling, match/merge configurations, and hands-on testing of MDM applications. This role requires deep technical knowledge along with the ability to ensure data quality, governance, and system integration across enterprise platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

Architecture & Design:

• Design and implement scalable Informatica MDM (Multidomain / Customer 360 / Product 360) solutions.
• Define MDM architecture, data models, hierarchies, and integration frameworks.
• Configure match & merge rules, survivorship rules, trust settings, and workflows.
• Develop integration strategies between MDM, source systems, and downstream applications.
• Ensure compliance with data governance and data quality standards.
• Provide technical leadership and architectural guidance to development and QA teams.

Testing & Quality Assurance:

• Develop comprehensive test strategies and test plans for MDM implementations.
• Perform functional, integration, regression, and end-to-end testing of MDM solutions.
• Validate match/merge logic, data survivorship, and hierarchy configurations.
• Conduct backend database testing using advanced SQL queries.
• Validate ETL mappings, workflows, and API integrations.
• Ensure data reconciliation between source, MDM hub, and target systems.
• Support UAT and production validation activities.

Required Skills:

• 9+ years of overall IT experience.
• 5+ years of hands-on experience with Informatica MDM architecture and implementation.
• Strong expertise in Informatica MDM Hub, IDD, and provisioning tools.
• Experience in Informatica Data Quality (IDQ).
• Strong knowledge of ETL processes and data integration.
• Advanced SQL skills (Oracle, SQL Server, etc.).
• Experience designing data models and data governance frameworks.
• Strong understanding of match/merge algorithms and survivorship rules.
• Experience with REST/SOAP services and API integrations.
• Experience in Agile/Scrum environments.
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/Google Cloud Platform).
• Knowledge of Informatica Intelligent Cloud Services (IICS).
• Experience in data migration and data quality initiatives.
• Automation testing exposure (Selenium, Postman, REST Assured).
• ISTQB or relevant certification.
• Informatica MDM certification is a plus.
