Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Azure Data Lead to drive the design, implementation, and management of enterprise-scale data solutions in the Microsoft Azure ecosystem. This role is fully remote and requires a strong leader who can guide distributed teams, ensure data integrity, and deliver innovative solutions aligned with business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the development and execution of cloud-based data strategies and architectures.
• Oversee the design and deployment of data lakes, warehouses, and ETL pipelines using Azure services.
• Manage and mentor teams of data engineers and analysts, fostering collaboration and best practices.
• Ensure compliance with data governance, security, and regulatory standards.
• Partner with stakeholders to translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions.
• Optimize performance, scalability, and cost efficiency across Azure data platforms

• 8+ years of experience in data engineering, architecture, or related fields.
• Proven expertise with Azure services such as Synapse Analytics, Data Factory, Databricks, Cosmos DB, and Azure SQL.
• Strong proficiency in SQL, Python, and Spark.
• Experience with data modeling (star/snowflake schemas, dimensional modeling).
• Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
