Hiring a Supply Planning Manager to lead a small team and cross-functional planners. SKU rationalization and lifecycle controls.
Experience with GAINS software a plus, CPIM/CSCP preferred

Compensation: $120,000-130,000 DOE + yearly bonus
Job Summary
The Materials & SIOP Manager leads day-to-day Sales, Inventory & Operations Planning (SIOP) to optimize service, profitability, and inventory performance. This role unites demand, supply, production, and inventory planning into one cohesive plan, using data to align teams and drive results.
Responsibilities
• Oversee materials and supply planning, including purchasing, inventory, production, and logistics.
• Lead the full SIOP cycle, ensuring accurate forecasts, visibility to constraints, and clear decisions.
• Develop and maintain master and finite production schedules aligned to capacity and priorities.
• Improve KPIs—service level, inventory turns, forecast accuracy, and schedule adherence.
• Maintain optimal inventory policies and address shortages or excess.
• Partner with Sales, Operations, and Procurement on demand, capacity, and sourcing strategies.
• Standardize planning parameters and manage SKU lifecycles.
• Lead and coach a small planning team.
• Present monthly insights, risks, and mitigation plans to leadership.
• Drive Lean and continuous improvement; ensure process compliance.
• Support planning tool enhancements (GAINS or equivalent).
Qualifications
• Bachelor’s in Supply Chain, Operations, Industrial Engineering, or related field (Master’s preferred).
• 5–7 years in supply chain or production planning, including 2+ years in a leadership role.
• Strong SIOP/IBP, production planning, and inventory control experience.
• Skilled in planning tools (GAINS or similar APS) and data analytics (Excel/BI).
• Proven record improving forecast accuracy, inventory, and service levels.
• Knowledge of Lean; PFET/Kaizen a plus.
• Excellent communication, collaboration, and influencing skills.
• APICS/ASCM certification (CPIM, CSCP) preferred.
• Up to 20% travel.

• Experience in regulated or multi-plant environments.
• Background in product lifecycle or SKU rationalization.
