Sr. Product Marketing Manager - B2B Enterprise for a
contract assignment with one of our premier SaaS clients in a remote role.
The Creative Cloud Enterprise team is looking for a strategic and collaborative Senior Product Marketing Manager to drive engagement and retention. This is a cross-functional role with high visibility. In this role, you'll partner with campaign marketing, customer success, analytics, and product leaders to drive generative AI adoption among existing enterprise customers.
This role is open to remote candidates located in the USA, with a preference for candidates who can work during pacific time business hours.
Responsibilities: - Engagement & Retention Strategy
- Develop and execute engagement and retention strategies for Creative Cloud Enterprise customers, with a strong focus on driving generative AI adoption and credit consumption across key workflows.
- Develop messaging, education, and campaigns to accelerate adoption.
- Generative AI Adoption & Value Realization
- Translate generative AI capabilities into clear, enterprise-ready value propositions that resonate with creative leaders, IT stakeholders, and end users.
- Develop narratives, use cases, and best practice guidance that help customers understand how and where to apply generative AI to drive productivity, creativity, and ROI.
- Campaign & Program Partnership
- Partner with Campaign Marketing to design and execute targeted engagement programs aimed at increasing feature adoption, active usage, and retention.
- Inform campaign strategy with customer insights, segmentation, and behavioral data Contribute to in-product, lifecycle, and field led programs that reinforce value post sale.
- Customer Insights & Analytics
- Work closely with Analytics, Customer Success Ops, and Product teams to analyze usage trends, adoption patterns, and churn signals within the Enterprise segment.
- Champion the voice of the enterprise customer across cross functional partners.
- Cross-Functional Leadership
- Collaborate with Product Management to stay closely aligned to the roadmap and influence prioritization based on enterprise customer needs and adoption barriers.
- Ensure tight alignment across Product Marketing, Campaign Marketing, Customer Success, and Sales Enablement.
Required Skills: - 5-8+ years of experience in B2B SaaS Product Marketing, Growth, Engagement, or Retention roles, ideally supporting enterprise customers.
- Strong foundation in go - to - market strategy, customer lifecycle marketing, and post - sale engagement.
- Experience translating complex product capabilities-especially AI - powered features-into clear, customer - centric value narratives.
- Demonstrated ability to work cross - functionally with Product, Analytics, Campaign Marketing, Sales, and Customer Success teams.
- Analytical mindset with experience using data and insights to drive recommendations and influence strategy.
- Excellent storytelling, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Comfort operating in ambiguity, with the ability to independently drive workstreams forward as a contractor.
