Position: 100% Remote Senior Solution Architect (SAP PP/PEO Consultant)

Location: Remote

 

Job Description  

Skills :SAP (APPS)-SAP S/4HANA Supply Chain Management-SAP S/4HANA Production Planning

 

To define solution architecture for complex business requirements and established standards in line with the defined future state enterprise IT landscape. (1.) Key Responsibilities

1. To assess the domain IT landscape assessment and Application portfolio optimization for gap analysis

2. Creation of solution and architectural views (logical| conceptual| development| execution| infrastructure & operations architecture)

3. To collaborate with business and technical stakeholders, including leaders, project managers, and development teams, to understand and prioritize requirements while defining the architecture.

4. To ensure knowledge up-gradation and work with new and emerging products/technologies

5. To drive innovation by exploring and recommending new solutions within the organization.

6. To contribute towards white/technical papers and knowledge base

 

Skills:

An experienced SAP S/4HANA PP Consultant (Private Edition – On-Premise) with strong manufacturing expertise to support Production Planning processes. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in PP configuration, data migration (BOMs, routings, master data), production order execution and confirmations, and integration with WM/EWM. A background in Production Engineering and Manufacturing Operations is highly desirable        Yes        

# Lead and support configuration of SAP S/4HANA Production Planning (PP) module in Private Edition (On-Premise)

# Manage end-to-end PP processes including:

- Master data setup (Material Master – PP views, Work Centers, Production Versions)

- Bill of Materials (BOMs)

- Routings

# Execute and manage data migration activities in PP (legacy to S/4HANA), including:

- BOMs

- Routings

- Work Centers

- Production Versions

- Open production orders (if applicable)

# Support production order lifecycle:

- Order creation and release

- Order confirmations (time, yield, scrap)

 

# Ensure accurate execution of production order confirmations

# Work closely on PP integration with WM / EWM, MM, QM, and FI/CO

# Support cutover planning and go-live activities

# Provide troubleshooting and post-go-live hypercare support

# Support testing cycles (Unit Testing, SIT, UAT) and business user training        Yes        

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Hands-on experience with SAP S/4HANA PP Private Edition (On-Premise)

• Strong understanding of manufacturing processes (discrete manufacturing preferred)

• Proven experience in PP data migration and cutover activities

• Experience in production order confirmations and shop floor execution

• Experience with PP integration to WM or EWM

• At least one full-cycle S/4HANA implementation        Yes
