We are in search of a highly skilled and experienced CNC Manufacturing Engineer to join our dynamic team. This is a permanent position that offers a unique opportunity to work in an innovative, fast-paced environment where you can apply your expertise in CNC programming, AS1900, CAM Programming, and ISO9001. The successful candidate will be a key player in our manufacturing process, with a primary focus on the design, development, and optimization of our CNC machining processes. The role offers a chance to work with cutting-edge technology and contribute to the creation of high-quality products.

Responsibilities:

1. Develop, implement, and optimize CNC programs to create complex parts using CAD/CAM software.
2. Oversee the entire manufacturing process, from initial design to final production, ensuring compliance with specifications and quality standards.
3. Perform root cause analysis on manufacturing process failures and implement corrective actions.
4. Continuously evaluate and improve machining processes, tooling, and fixtures to increase productivity, efficiency, and quality.
5. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve manufacturing and quality problems, and to develop and implement cost-effective solutions.
6. Train and guide machine operators on new CNC programs and processes.
7. Ensure all manufacturing processes adhere to safety regulations and maintain ISO9001 standards.
8. Conduct regular inspections and audits to ensure equipment is properly maintained and calibrated.
9. Stay up-to-date with the latest manufacturing technologies and trends, and make recommendations for improvements.

Qualifications:

1. Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, or a related field.
2. Minimum of 5 years' experience in CNC programming, including experience with CAD/CAM software.
3. Solid knowledge of AS1900 and ISO9001 standards.
4. Proven experience in CAM programming.
5. Strong understanding of manufacturing processes, machining operations, and quality control procedures.
6. Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
7. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
8. Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software.
9. Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and blueprints.
10. Strong project management skills, with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines.
