Redhawk Auto Service is seeking an experienced Master Automotive & Smog Technician in Temecula, CA. This opportunity offers $40?$55/hour based on experience and performance, with a focus on advanced automotive diagnostics, electrical troubleshooting, complex repairs, and smog-related work. Technicians work on European and Domestic vehicles in a professional, organized shop with steady workflow and support from experienced Service Advisors and technicians.
Key Responsibilities
- Diagnose drivability and engine-performance concerns
- Perform advanced automotive diagnostics and electrical troubleshooting
- Complete complex mechanical repairs independently
- Repair brake, steering, and suspension systems
- Perform preventive maintenance
- Perform smog inspections and emissions-related testing
- Diagnose emissions and smog-related failures and complete necessary repairs
- Collaborate with Service Advisors and technicians
Qualifications
- 5 or more years of professional automotive experience
- Master-level diagnostic and repair capabilities
- Ability to diagnose and complete complex repairs independently
- Strong electrical diagnostic skills preferred
- Smog inspection, testing, and emissions diagnostic experience
- Clean and organized work habits
- Team-oriented approach and commitment to accurate, high-quality repairs
