Summary
Role: Power BI Developer
Location: Remote

- The Senior Power BI Developer is a hands-on individual contributor responsible for designing, developing, and supporting enterprise business intelligence solutions
- This role leverages Power BI, Power BI Report Builder, Power Automate, and approved AI-enabled tools to deliver reliable, secure, and scalable analytics and reporting
- Design, develop, and maintain Power BI semantic models, dashboards, and reports using Microsoft Fabric and Azure SQL Server
- Build and support paginated reports using Power BI Report Builder for operational, compliance, and formal reporting needs
- Develop and optimize DAX, Power Query (M), and T-SQL to ensure accuracy, performance, and scalability
- Create and maintain Power Automate workflows for report distribution, refresh monitoring, notifications, and BI operational processes
- Apply data modeling best practices (star schema) and enforce data quality and consistency standards
- Collaborate with business and data engineering teams to translate requirements into production-ready BI solutions
- Maintain documentation and support audit and compliance activities as required
