Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced SCCM Architect / SCCM L3 Engineer with deep expertise in endpoint device management, patching, imaging, and Windows upgrade deployments. The ideal candidate will provide advanced Level 3 support for SCCM infrastructure, troubleshoot complex deployment issues, and design scalable endpoint management solutions.

This role requires strong technical expertise in SCCM architecture, endpoint patching strategies, device management, and Windows upgrade processes in enterprise environments.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide L3 support and troubleshooting for SCCM infrastructure and deployment issues
Design and implement SCCM solutions to support enterprise device management and patching requirements
Manage and maintain SCCM components including site servers, distribution points, and management points
Perform SCCM patch management, device management, and software deployment operations
Support Windows OS upgrades, desktop imaging, and endpoint lifecycle management
Monitor SCCM site components and troubleshoot infrastructure issues
Collaborate with internal teams and stakeholders to improve endpoint management processes
Identify automation opportunities and continuous improvement initiatives
Provide technical guidance to junior team members and assist in task coordination

Required Skills:

Strong experience with SCCM architecture and enterprise SCCM environments
Hands-on experience with SCCM patch management and device management
Experience with SCCM imaging and Windows OS upgrade deployments
Strong troubleshooting experience with SCCM infrastructure and deployments
Experience managing SCCM components including site servers, distribution points, and management points
Ability to diagnose and resolve complex SCCM issues in enterprise environments

Preferred Skills:

Experience with endpoint management solutions and enterprise device lifecycle management
Experience with automation and scripting for SCCM operations
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills

Experience Required:

8-10 years of overall IT experience
10+ years of relevant experience in SCCM device management, patching, and endpoint management
