A client of Innova Solutions is immediately hiring for a Senior Android developer.

Position Type: Potential Contract to Hire
Duration: 12+ Months
Location: Addison, TX

As a Senior Android developer, you will:
who has expertise in Android native test automation solutions using Kotlin and has Hands on Automation scripts for mobile applications. Participate in full app life-cycle: develop automation scripts, test and release to app store Work with product teams on new product ideas, designs, prototypes and estimate. Keep up to date on current and upcoming features in relevant products and platforms. Drive the best practices approach to the continuous improvement of our products, processes, and tools. Write and maintain documentation for all features in development.Design, Develop & Prototype Android mobile applications for phone and tablets for internal and external use.
Primary Skill-Android (Kotlin / Copilot)
Secondary Skill-Automation (Appium)
Required Qualifications
• Typically requires 5-7 years of experience.
• 5+ years of experience on Android Platforms - Development using Kotlin and/or Java.
• Must have development experience in Core Java
• Must have experience writing automated tests using frameworks like Appium
• Mobile Test Automation with Appium is good to have - Android and IOS platform
• Designing and building native mobile applications on Android platform.
• Proficient in Objective-C, Swift, Swift UI.
• Extensive knowledge of XCode
• Must have development experience in Core Java & Knowledge of C-based libraries.
• Proficient in Kotlin, Objective-C, Web Services, Rest Services, Core Java, CSS, HTML, Java Script, XML
• Proficient in code versioning tools including Git, Bitbucket.
• Knowledge of C-based libraries.
• Familiarity with Biometrics, push notifications, usage of Camera API''s, etc.
• Collaborating with the design team to define app features.
• Ensuring quality and performance of the application to specifications.
• Maintaining the code and atomization of the application.

Desired Qualifications
• Experience with continuous integration & Unit tests.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, team-based environment.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong focus on troubleshooting and issue resolution

PAY RANGE AND BENEFITS:
Pay Range*: $65/hr to $68/hr
*Pay range offered to a successful candidate will be based on several factors, including the candidate''s education, work experience, work location, specific job duties, certifications, etc.
