gap analysis
and process modeling. Expertise in BRD/FSD creation
and acceptance criteria. Proficiency in tools like Jira

and Azure ADO. Domain Knowledge Deep understanding of aviation operations: Crew Scheduling

Job Description

BA Operations role focuses on requirements gathering, process analysis, and documentation for aviation operational modules such as Flight Operations, Crew Scheduling, and Safety. Key Responsibilities Requirements Gathering & Analysis
