Role Overview

We are looking for a Junior Quality Analyst to support the team in ensuring that products or applications meet the required quality standards. In this role, you will help review systems, identify issues, and make sure everything works as expected before it reaches the end users. You will work closely with developers, testers, and other team members to report problems and help improve the overall quality of the product. This position is suitable for someone who is detail-oriented and interested in learning about software testing and quality processes.

Responsibilities

·         Review applications or systems to check if they are working as expected.

·         Identify and report issues, errors, or bugs found during testing.

·         Assist in creating and maintaining test cases and test documentation.

·         Work with developers and other team members to help resolve issues.

·         Support the testing team during different stages of the development process.

·         Help ensure that the final product meets the required quality standards.

·         Participate in team meetings and provide updates on testing activities.

·         Maintain records of testing results and reported issues.

Qualifications

·         Master’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.

·         0-2 years of experience or relevant internship in business intelligence, data analysis, or reporting.

·         Basic understanding of software testing or quality assurance processes.

·         Good analytical and problem-solving skills.

·         Strong attention to detail.

·         Good communication skills to report issues clearly.

·         Familiarity with basic documentation and reporting tools.

·         Ability to work well with different teams.

·         Willingness to learn new testing tools and techniques.
