Senior Python ML Software Engineer

Location: Remote

Duration: 12 Months +

Mode of Interview: Screening + Ropes AI Assessment + 2 Rounds of IV with the team!

MUST HAVE:

• Minimum 7 years of U.S. experience (2019 onward).
• AI/ML component reflected in the candidate s background.
• System design & robust error handling.
• This role is focused on pure Python development with a strong emphasis on Object-Oriented Programming (OOP), clean architecture, and maintainable system design.

Required Qualifications

• 10+ years of professional software engineering experience
• Advanced proficiency in Python
• Strong experience designing and implementing object-oriented systems
• Deep understanding of OOP principles and design patterns (SOLID, MVC, Factory, Observer, etc.)
• Experience building and maintaining production-grade Python applications
• Strong knowledge of data structures and algorithms
• Experience writing unit and integration tests
• Ability to write maintainable, scalable, and testable code
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with large-scale or high-volume systems
• Familiarity with RESTful APIs and service-oriented architectures
• Experience with performance tuning and profiling
• Background in data processing, analytics, or computational systems
• Exposure to distributed application architectures

What You Won t Do

• No front-end/UI development
• No DevOps, CI/CD, or deployment pipeline work
• No infrastructure automation
• No full-stack responsibilities

This is a pure Python + OOP engineering role.
