We are seeking
Entry-Level Fiber Installation Technicians. This work is part of a major initiative to replace existing coax infrastructure with high-capacity fiber across multiple data center sites.
Technicians will be responsible for pulling high volumes of fiber cable, terminating fiber, and supporting structured cabling upgrades inside active data center environments.
These are long-term contract roles with potential for contract-to-hire depending on performance and project workload.
Key Responsibilities- Pull and install large volumes of fiber optic cable.
- Terminate and dress fiber according to data center standards.
- Remove coax and replace with new fiber infrastructure.
- Support structured cabling projects across multiple data center facilities.
- Travel between different data center sites as needed (Lenoir and Morganton, NC).
- Work safely and efficiently inside mission-critical environments.
- Follow direction from site leads, supervisors, and project managers.
Schedule- Monday-Friday
- 40 hours per week
- Must be able to travel between multiple local sites based on project needs.

Job Type & LocationThis is a Contract position based out of Memphis, TN.
Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $20.00 - $25.00/hr.
