2. Pega Product Experience is Preferred However some Workflow Platform is required
3. Background and experience in "Process workflow A to B to C with decision points, either systemic or personalized

Job Description:

This Systems Analyst will translate the Business Analysts User Stories ("What") into technical User Stories ("How"). This project is related to a Pega workflow application/platform and will interface with both Salesforce and call center.
