AI Agent Builder Developer
Introduction
We are looking for an Agent Builder / AI Automation Engineer with hands-on experience in building AI agents, chatbots, workflow automation, and low-code/no-code solutions. The ideal candidate will work on developing AI agents, chatbots, and automated workflows to enhance business processes and customer interactions. This position is located in Coppell, TX and is a contract role requiring the candidate to be local to Texas.
Responsibilities
- Build and develop AI agents, chatbots, and virtual assistants using tools like Voiceflow, Botpress, and Microsoft Power Virtual Agents.
- Create workflow automation using platforms such as Power Automate, Zapier, Make (Integromat), and n8n.
- Integrate APIs, webhooks, and LLM (Language Model) into AI solutions for seamless operation.
- Design and implement business process automation solutions to streamline operations.
- Gather requirements from stakeholders and translate them into effective automation solutions.
Requirements
Required Skills
- 2+ years of experience building AI agents and automated workflows.
- Strong understanding of conversation design and user experience principles.
- Experience with low-code/no-code platforms for developing AI solutions.
- Ability to integrate APIs and webhooks for seamless automation processes.
Preferred Skills
- Experience with Prompt Engineering and LLM integration.
- Knowledge of business process automation and solution design.
