  • Serve as the primary subject matter expert (SME) for sales teams on business-focused AI training, providing consultation during pre-sales engagements and proposal development
  • Serve as a backup subject matter expert (SME) for sales teams on technically-focused AI training, especially training for software developers and DevOps professionals.
  • Design and oversee development of courses covering AI strategy, governance, ethics, change management, and business value realization
  • Stay current with AI trends, business use cases, regulatory developments, and organizational best practices for AI adoption
  • Identify market opportunities and gaps in the current portfolio, recommending new courses or updates to meet evolving business needs

Here's What You Need:
  • Minimum of 7 years of experience in business strategy, management consulting, organizational change, or related roles with exposure to AI/emerging technologies
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience working with AI technologies in a business context (implementation, strategy, governance, or change management)
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in teaching, training, curriculum development, or instructional design for professional audiences
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent (minimum 12 years) work experience. (If Associate's Degree, must have minimum 6 years work experience

Professional Skills Requirement:
  • Strong understanding of AI capabilities, limitations, and business applications across multiple industries
  • Demonstrated ability to communicate complex AI concepts to non-technical audiences, including executives and business leaders
  • Experience supporting sales processes, business development, or working in a client-facing capacity
  • Experience supporting software developers, DevOps professionals, and technical executives transitioning to AI-assisted workflows and tooling
  • Knowledge of AI ethics, governance frameworks, and regulatory considerations
  • Excellent presentation and facilitation skills
  • Strong organizational and project management capabilities

Bonus Points If:
  • You have experience as a management consultant or business advisor focused on digital transformation or AI adoption
  • You have direct experience leading or supporting organizational AI initiatives
