Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced SAP BTP CPI Consultant to design, develop, and support enterprise integration solutions for a large federal government program. The ideal candidate will possess strong expertise in SAP Business Technology Platform (BTP), SAP Cloud Platform Integration (CPI), API management, and hybrid integration scenarios involving SAP and non-SAP applications.

The consultant will play a key role in architecting and implementing secure, scalable, and high-performance integrations while ensuring compliance with federal security and governance standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain integration solutions using SAP BTP Integration Suite and SAP Cloud Platform Integration (CPI).
• Build and support end-to-end integration flows between SAP and non-SAP applications.
• Develop and configure:
• iFlows
• APIs
• Value Mappings
• Message Mappings
• Groovy Scripts
• XSLT Transformations
• Integration Adapters
• Implement integrations using:
• REST APIs
• SOAP Web Services
• OData Services
• IDoc
• RFC/BAPI
• SFTP
• JDBC
• HTTPS
• Collaborate with SAP functional and technical teams to define integration requirements and solution architecture.
• Monitor, troubleshoot, and optimize CPI interfaces and integration performance.
• Develop reusable integration assets and best practices.
• Support deployment, testing, cutover, and production support activities.
• Create technical documentation, interface specifications, and operational procedures.
• Ensure integrations comply with federal security, audit, and governance requirements.
• Participate in architecture reviews and provide recommendations for integration improvements.

Required Qualifications

• 7+ years of SAP integration experience.
• 4+ years of hands-on experience with SAP BTP Integration Suite / SAP CPI.
• Strong experience developing and supporting complex integration scenarios.
• Deep understanding of SAP BTP services and cloud integration architecture.
• Experience with:
• SAP Integration Suite

• Experience integrating SAP S/4HANA, ECC, SuccessFactors, Ariba, Concur, Fieldglass, or other SAP cloud solutions.
