Job Description:

Our leading Oil & Gas client is looking to hire an experienced iOS Mobile Developer for a long-term contract opportunity. This is a fully onsite role in Downtown Houston, where you'll be developing and enhancing enterprise mobile applications that support real-time operational monitoring and business-critical workflows.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain high-quality native iOS applications using Swift and SwiftUI.
• Build and support real-time data streaming capabilities using WebSocket and STOMP protocols.
• Develop interactive charting and data visualization components for live telemetry and operational data.
• Implement and manage Core Data persistence, including schema migrations and data integrity.
• Integrate RESTful APIs, manage JSON parsing, and optimize network communications.
• Contribute to and maintain CI/CD pipelines, promoting automated testing and high code quality.
• Ensure applications follow security best practices, including Keychain, biometric authentication, and secure data transmission.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver scalable, reliable, and high-performing mobile solutions.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of experience developing native iOS applications with Swift and SwiftUI.
• Solid understanding of iOS development best practices, performance optimization, and scalability.
• Experience with WebSocket and STOMP for real-time communication.
• Hands-on experience with Core Data, including persistence and migrations.
• Strong background integrating RESTful APIs and working with JSON.
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines and automated testing workflows.
• Knowledge of iOS architectural patterns such as MVC and MVVM.
• Experience with XCTest, unit testing, and UI testing.
• Strong debugging, troubleshooting, and application performance tuning skills.
